It was the eve of Jan 13th, and before 4.30 pm, it was like any other usual day. But all of a sudden, we were informed that Lohri will be celebrated. Lohri, being a well-known festival of Punjab, is important for each Punjabi. All Visians gathered together and celebrated the festival of Lohri. Trust me, we really had a great time.
We celebrated this festival with high spirit by flaming a bonfire and further continuing the traditional Punjabi methods.
Along with the bonfire we enjoyed Antakshri as well. The environment was really delightful when everybody started singing songs. For the meantime, everybody forgot all their work and each of us was totally enthralled in the mood of this celebration.
At last, all, I wanna say is that it was a great time celebrating Lohri all together like a family.
